The 32nd edition of the prestigious Le Immagini della Fantasia, an annual, international exhibition and publication of the best children's illustration from all over the world.
This piece was created for Vivian French MBE and her poem The 12 Months of Scotland, in collaboration with Edinburgh College of Art.

"Snow lies thick: Winter's duvet tossed over the mountains and hills. This is the time of unicorns; unseen, they toss their silken manes and gallop over the wide white wastes leaving no sign of their passing. Only the weary shepherd tending the newborn lambs sees a glimmer of silver, a whisper of hazy breath."
